Rotate a photo or straighten a horizon
Click the rotate button and drag. Rotation is freeform, so you can level a horizon by eye - hold Shift to snap to clean 15° increments, or Option for fine control when a degree or two is all you need. *The tutorial clip shows the older behavior, where snapping was the default and Shift gave the fine control that now lives on Option.
