Every tray - photo library, spread timeline, templates - can be dragged bigger or smaller to suit what you're doing.

Close the templates and settings panels if you don't need them and the canvas gets the space.

One button on the spread timeline swaps the layout: photo library along the bottom, spread timeline on the left. *This has changed since the video was recorded - the swap button used to be on the photo library as well, but that button is now full screen photo library.

A separate mode that gives the photo library the whole window - click the photo library full screen button or press P. Photos are large enough to actually decide what goes where, and you can build an initial draft of the book from here without the normal canvas view. This mode is designed for IPS album design with a client, in person or on a video call.

When photo library is filtered to All in full screen photo library, click the red X on a photo to take it back off the spread it's on. Image removal in this way is specific to the full screen photo library only.

Puts every tray back to default, useful when you've resized or closed trays to a workspace you'd like to quickly revert back to default.

Toggle the theme from the top toolbar, press Cmd + T (Ctrl + T on Windows), or change it in settings.

One toggle takes all the panels away so you can work or view on a single spread at full width, and toggle back as you want. Cmd + F (Ctrl + F on Windows) to toggle.

Press S or click the slideshow button to look through the whole book full screen - the quickest way to review flow or show to a client for IPS before you export.

Press N to toggle image numbers so you can see the same references your client will see in proofing when they send feedback.

Click the title at the top of the window to switch it between the vendor book name and your project name. Header title display can also be set in settings.
